Technology, operations and scale.

CTO at Lunettes Pour Tous.

I’ve spent more than a decade building the technology and systems behind a new model of optical retail.

My work sits at the intersection of software, automation, infrastructure and AI — turning operational complexity into faster, simpler and more scalable businesses.

Lunettes Pour Tous

I joined Lunettes Pour Tous in its early years and have spent more than a decade building and scaling its technology.

Technology is deeply embedded in the operating model: software connects stores, optical production, logistics and day-to-day operations.

Today, my work increasingly sits at the intersection of software, automation, AI and physical infrastructure — with one objective: removing operational constraints and making the business faster, more reliable and more scalable.

Selected work

Selected work

  1. 01

    Retail systems

Designing technology for environments where software has to interact with people, stores, inventory, production and physical operations.

  2. 02

    Automation

Using technology to remove repetitive work, shorten processes and improve operational consistency.

  3. 03

    Infrastructure & scale

Building systems and organizations that can grow without operational complexity increasing at the same rate.

  4. 04

    Applied AI

Finding places where AI can create measurable operational leverage rather than simply adding another layer of software.
