Technology is deeply embedded in the operating model: software connects stores, optical production, logistics and day-to-day operations.

Today, my work increasingly sits at the intersection of software, automation, AI and physical infrastructure — with one objective: removing operational constraints and making the business faster, more reliable and more scalable.
